Baby Boy [Apr 27, 2008]
Matthew was born March 19th. Yes a month early! He is doing so well and doesn't have any problems. Except for his size you would never guess he was a preemie! What a blessing it is to have him in our home! He learns so much each day and really loves to see everything! He is wide eyed any time he is awake.
Our Baby is... [Dec 12, 2007]
We are having a baby boy! I am due April 20th. We have started to buy baby stuff now that we have moved into the house. Woohoo! A new adventure is coming soon!
We moved in for real! [Nov 05, 2007]
All of our stuff is in the house and more important - this is the first night that we don't have to leave and go sleep somewhere else!
A Kitchen (besides a coleman cooler) [Jul 31, 2007]
By the end of Wednesday we should have kitchen and bathroom cabinets!
House Update [Apr 18, 2007]
We passed the 4-way inspection April 12th. 1" of polyurethane foam insulation was sprayed on the exterior walls on the 14th. Today the rest of the insulation should be done and drywall will be stocked on the 18th.
Inspection [Mar 30, 2007]
We had our 4-way (framing, heating, plumbing, electrical) inspection yesterday. Each of the 4 parts has a few items that need to be fixed, but nothing major. If everything goes well, it will be ready to insulate on the 4th of April.
It is heating up! [Mar 08, 2007]
The weather is getting warmer and there is duct work in our house! We didn't think they were starting that until tomorrow. Sometimes it is nice to be wrong.
Raise the Roof [Mar 06, 2007]
Yesterday they put the trusses on our house. The bonus room over the garage and kitchen is nice and big. Leah will upload some pictures later today.
House Update [Mar 03, 2007]
We worked on the house today. With help from my parents and brother we were able to get all the electrical boxes on and drill a majority of the holes for wires. It was 32-40 degrees, but the sun was out, the winds were down and it was a pretty nice day to work.

Today they started digging a hole for our basement. By Monday we might have footings in the ground.
We can start building our house! [Jan 12, 2007]
Jan 8th we were told that our building permit is approved. It took 11 weeks! Today we will sign on the loan and get started. This was the view from the lot in December.
We finally signed on the 17th, the paperwork wasn't right on the 12th.
Our Lot [Sep 01, 2006]
We have just signed for our lot! Woohoo! We still need the final blueprints so we can start building, but at least for now we have the lot! We are pretty excited about this and I(Leah) am a little nervous to see how it all works out! Here are some of the pictures of our lot.

Michael was driving on SR 73. He rolled his car 8 times. He was air lifted to U of U Hospital for head trama. He was released from the hospital on Saturday Aug 20,2005.
